4. Objection Outcomes

We do not guarantee any particular outcome from submitting an objection. The municipality may reduce, maintain, or increase your property valuation following an objection. The risk of an increased valuation is a known possibility under the Municipal Property Rates Act (MPRA) and is not the responsibility of RateCheck.
